- Assistance with visa documents for dependent family members
- Work permission
- Change of immigration status (COS)
- Extension of immigration status (EOS)
- Information about the J-1 program's 2 year home presence requirement
- Information on transferring immigration status to another institution
- Requests to replace a lost J-1 Form DS-2019 or F-1 Student Form I-20
- Information on permanent residency status in the U.S.
- Information on applying for a Social Security number
- Information on applying for a U.S. Driver's License
- Help with local community resources
- Information on English classes
