NMR (Lake Nona)

Overview

Macromolecular NMR Spectroscopy

A state-of-the-art Bruker spectrometer at 800 MHz proton frequency is dedicated to characterization of biological macromolecules: proteins, nucleic acids and their complexes. The instrument is equipped with a triple-resonance cryoprobe and an autosampler. Dr. Sepideh Khorasanizadeh is the faculty advisor and Dr. Xiaobai Ren is the technical staff for this equipment. Dr. Khorasanizadeh is open to collaborations and providing technical assistance with data collection, processing, analysis and interpretation.

Small Molecule NMR Spectroscopy

Two Bruker spectrometers at 500 and 400 MHz proton frequency are dedicated to characterization of synthetic or natural small molecules. Dr. Greg Roth is the faculty advisor and Dr. Daniela Divlianska is the technical staff for this equipment.
