Prebys Center has completed a large number of high-throughput screening (HTS) campaigns and submitted the primary screening data, hit confirmation, validation and intital SAR for high-valued targets to PubChem. We have also performed chemistry optimization that resulted in the submission of new chemical probe reports and publications.
Prebys Center has submitted the largest HCS data set to PubChem from a single HCS campaign.
