Ying is interested in siRNA delivery in cancer therapy. siRNA has proven to be highly effective in silencing specific genes and modulating intracellular signaling pathways. However, systemic delivery of siRNA has been more problematic due to poor intracellular uptake, limited blood stability and non specific immune stimulation. My goal is to overcome these limitations by developing efficient in vivo siRNA delivery strategies.
