Lake Nona
Sanford-Burnham’s campus is located in
Lake Nona, 30 minutes to the south of downtown Orlando and adjacent to Orlando International Airport. Lake Nona is home to Medical City, a health and life sciences cluster with research, clinical and educational facilities. Other Lake Nona Medical City organizations include the University of Central Florida Health Sciences Campus, MD Anderson Orlando Cancer Research Institute (CRI), Nemours Children’s Hospital, University of Florida Academic and Research Center, and a VA Medical Center that will be the national training and planning headquarters for the VA’s new medical simulation technology.
