Undergraduate and graduate students who would like to attend the Cytometry Development Workshop are encouraged to apply for a Student Award. The awards will cover housing and food for the workshop at the double occupancy rate.
To apply, submit the following to Dr. Jeffrey H. Price (address below) as soon as possible but no later than June 18, 2010:
· a registration form for the workshop
· a curriculum vitae for the student listing education, awards and honors, and publications
· a brief statement (less than 2 pages) about the student's research interests and accomplishments
In addition, request that your research advisor send a letter of recommendation via email to cdw-organizers@burnham.org. The letter should describe the availability (or lack thereof) of other sources of support for student travel.
Do NOT submit a housing form to Asilomar at this time.
