Hi Postdocs!

Summer is full swing and we have another site visit planned for all of you. We will be visiting the sales offices of Miltenyi Biotec. For this visit, there will be a heavy emphasis on using your postdoc skills to transition into a marketing position in the Biotech/Pharma world.

We only have 6 slots available. Because of the high demand, we ask that if you sign up only if you have the entire morning of August 7th, 2014 free. Postdocs will be chosen at random from all responses received by 5pm Friday July 18th. It is NOT first come first serve, so please check your schedule carefully or get permission from your PI to miss lab meeting etc.. before you sign up. Please email sbx@sbmri.org if you would like to visit Miltenyi or have any questions.

Pedal the Cause–San Diego, the region’s only multi-day cycling fundraiser for cancer research, will include 1-day 10-, 25-, or 50-mile routes and a 2-day 150-mile ride that take advantage of San Diego County’s breathtaking landscapes and weather.
